The Wheatsheaf Inn, Haywards Heath
Very Good8.0
Clean and pleasant
Very clean and tidy, breakfast and dinner were of an excellent quality. The bar was a good friendly place to be with quiz night being played. Room was small but had everything you would need. Bathroom clean and hot water was very very hot - so be careful. Only negative is the rooms at the front of the hotel face the road which although is not main is quite noisy through out the whole night. Would certainly stay again but ask for a room at the back!

Great room and service.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Once again the staff were brilliant. Our room was clean, as was the bedding and bathroom. A couple of niggles this time though, the beds didn’t have a bedside table, we put a stool in the space so that my sister had somewhere to put her cup. Also there were no wall sockets, the only one I found was by the kettle. I had to sleep the wrong way up as I need to use a breathing machine (CPAP) during the night. We also needed to be able to charge our phones, luckily I had a one metre extension lead, there were wires going of in all directions! Please could you provide a bedside table and more sockets.

Good size single room, bed quite comfy, bus stop right outside the Inn (though very infrequent bus services to and from Haywards Heath). Tasty English breakfast.
