Very Helpful Personnel staff/ Clean Place!
the front desk people are very helpful especially RASHID the front desk staff. he helped us to get to the places where we want to go by giving us specific easier directions. He was so very patient and polite.. Mauricio the other front desk personnel was so easy to talk to..we came one day late and had to adjust our stay and seem no problem at all. They still accommodated us and willing to refund our one day stay..Thanks Mauricio!

Great location with a rooftop. The walls in the room are covered by stains, the floor was super dirty and I needed to ask the front desk to send someone to clean it.

Small but great location, good value
The rooms look nothing like the pictures but the service is good and location is awesome. Right in the heart of Rome, 2 minutes walk to the subway and closer to the Colosseum than I thought, about 15 minutes walk! Also easy walking access to dozens of great restaurants and shopping, as well as the main streets where you can get on a number of buses or call a cab. The elevator is only big enough for two people and a suitcase, and the bathrooms are very small. The bed takes up basically the entire room and then they have all these massive closets built into the walls as well as a little kitchenette. Would have preferred a little more space. Anyway the staff were always very helpful, they sent me an email with the entry code since I was arriving on a late flight, and after checkout he let us keep our bags in the lobby while we wandered around for a while longer before our train out. Oh and the staff found something I left in the room and gave it back when I returned to retrieve my luggage. Thank you!

Great location, huge suites
Our first room was on the ground level, and had a separate bathroom, sitting area, kitchen, and bedroom. The bathroom had a jetted tub and a separate shower; but the tub barely has room for one person. After our second night here, we were asked to move rooms and the hotel handled it well. We packed our bags and they moved them to our new first floor room while we were sightseeing. This room didn't have a jetted tub, but did have a great view of the plaza below. The hotel is in a great location; a short walk from the Cavour Metro station, with dining options and grocery stores nearby. It's also in easy walking distance of many ancient Roman sites, including the Colosseum and Pantheon. As for amenities, the hotel has a beautiful terrace garden on the roof and a vending machine with reasonable prices (€,50 for a bottle of water, €1 for a coke). Free WiFi is provided and worked most of the time, and the in-room AC is powerful. The reception desk was open 8am-6pm, and the staff was polite and helpful. They even booked us a car to and from the airport at the same rates as a local taxi. The main doors to the hotel are also locked at all times. Only a couple of minor negatives: the first room we were given had some mold behind one of the fixtures in the room and had a musty smell in the sitting area which subsided once the AC starting circulating air. Also, despite ordering a queen bed, we were given two twin beds pushed together using a single set of large size linens.
