    Hotel muito bom, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, ótimo café da manhã, e funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Único ponto negativo é que nosso quarto era na Avenida Brasil, não dormimos a noite toda pelo alto barulho. Outro problema, onde o hotel não tem culpa, vários hóspedes sem educação alguma.

    Nos colocaram em um quarto com hóspedes mega barulhentos no andar de cima. As cinco da manhã começaram e não pararam mais. Nesse caso, O hotel poderia ter o cuidado de colocar hóspedes no térreo ou primeiro andar.

    Café da manhã ruim e sem variedades. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. A recepção precisa melhorar no quesito simpatia e proatividade. Pedimos um pouco de sal para temperar uma salada e o recepcionista nos disse para pedir no restaurante do hotel. A senhora do restaurante disse que não nos daria 2 sachês de sal porque o restaurante "era terceirizado". Voltamos para a recepção e o recepcionista fez "cara de paisagem". Não recomendo. Somente a localização do hotel é boa. Pelo mesmo preço vc encontra hotéis com melhor atendimento.

    Ótimo local, mas podem melhorar

    Precisam melhorar o café da manhã, inclusive um dia o café estava frio, o salão do café deveria passar por reforma, assim como as demais dependências do hotel passaram. Os alimentos não são apetitosos, inclusive o leite fica na própria caixinha de fábrica, o local tem aspecto de “largado”. Notávamos ainda um forte cheiro de urina nas proximidades dos elevadores do piso 1. Precisavam tb limpar a varandinha da janela próximo ao quarto 112. No mais, possui localização, acomodações e atendimento bons. Enfim, de sexta até quarta as camareiras não trocaram os copos de vidros que usamos, inclusive mudei eles de lugar para ver se elas faziam a troca, porém não fizeram.
