Avra hotel is the best.
Lovely, clean hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and beautifully appointed amenities. Staff were excellent, very friendly and so professional. Helped in every way they could. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Location was excellent and close to all sights and shopping in Chania. Added bonus was underground parking station. Would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Avra Hotel.

Great stay - wish we'd had longer!
We only stayed one night - as a stop after a late flight and before heading off to a further destination - but it was a great stay. Really friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable, spacious room with lovely bathroom, and the bonus of free on-sight parking. The hotel is very near the old town sights and restaurants, so really handy whether a short visit or longer stay.

The customer service in this hotel is fantastic. They really approachable and go beyond to meet your needs. The location is great as well. The room we stayed in was a bit dated but that didn't bother us much. Please note there are limited spaces in the hotel's car park. However we have always been able to park on the street outside the hotel free of charge.
