The hotel is an amazing historical building under an extensive renovation. As such, there was construction going on in much of the facility, and that posed some inconvenience, but not so much that it dampened our satisfaction with the stay. We're looking forward to coming back once the restoration is complete. The service was exemplary! (Our thanks to Jill for making our check-in very enjoyable!) The parking arrangements were comp[licated by the construction, but the valet service more than offset any inconvenience. Bonus: The bed was the most comfortable we've experienced in quite a while!

A fabulous hotel
We arrived a bit early and they made every effort to get the room ready for us before 4pm checkin, very courteous and polite, room was fantastic. Great bathroom, shower and comfortable bed and loads of space Will stay here again if we come back to CS. I don’t usually bother reviews but this hotel deserves one!

We had an amazing time here. Definitely check out the spa!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful. Do be aware parking is going to cost you!!

Real deal: 3 star with small rooms.
Decent hotel. Smallest rooms I’ve seen at their rates and I’m not sure how they were given a four star rating. Seems like a 3 star hotel. Additional you’ll have to pay the 25$ valet service as parking is a block away. Great valet though!
