Comfort at a distance.
A bit far away from city center. There was no courtesy business center to print vouchers or boarding cards. Breakfast was very good with both hot and cold selections. Many cobwebs in lamp shades and other lighting fixtures. Very comfortable large lobby seating area.

BUSY HOTEL WITH GREAT ATMOSPHERE!
A busy busy hotel offering great meals but very small breakfast cooked by night porter because chef was late so perhaps would have got bigger breakfast then. Loved the atmosphere for a place so busy and would certainly stay again!

Avoid
Unclean and smells throughout, staff don't look like they want to be there.

Ok hotel.
Hotel was ok for a stay while on business. Had a view of the Tesco's car park next door. Food was good.

This was not a good experience but the tariff was relatively low. Our interaction with the reception staff ranged from indifferent to careless. The bedroom was poor and badly in need of refurbishment. One of the bedside lockers was missing, one of the bedside lights was not working, you had to press the toilet handle a few times before it worked and there was only one bath and one small towel provided for two people. On the positive side the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet for cereals, yoghurt, juice etc. and there were facilities for toasting your own toast although the basic toasters were very slow. There were no staff in the restaurant when we arrived and we had well finished our cereals etc. before anyone appeared. We had a cooked breakfast which was very good and this was the highlight of our visit. Overall, a very basic hotel in need of considerable refurbishment in the bedrooms and service which fell very far short of that expected in any hotel.
