Good choice for higher end of budget hotels
The only complaint was room size, and this is Japan. Yeah make an incredible efficient use of space, have everything you need. I especially liked the free toiletries, coffees, etc laid out for the taking. They also rent bikes and have several restaurants nearby.

Hard time sleeping
The staff was friendly when we checked in but that was about the extent of the positives of this hotel. This room was probably the smallest of the hotels I stayed in on my trip including the other hotels I stayed in Tokyo. The mattresses were hard, I had a hard time sleeping at this hotel. My friend and I were tripping over each other at times walking around the room.

Efficient central location
The hotel was very good place for a stay in Tokyo with a plan to hit all of the Key Neighborhoods and sights. It's also pretty centrally located and was only about 30 minutes to travel most places. The staff was incredibly friendly and at the very least knew enough English to get you checked in and out. There were a few members of staff that knew quite a bit more, and all were very helpful and happy to oblige any questions I had. The room was very clean and given that you don't have the do not disturb sign up will be thoroughly cleaned every day and all amenities replaced including razors, toothbrushes and towels. The hotel had it's own indoor vending machines and a couple of small washer/dryer units on the second floor. These actually ended up coming in handy and washing powder can be bought at the front desk for a very small fee. The walk from Tokyo station (where the N'EX will drop you off) was only about 20 minutes and if the weather isn't cooperating a taxi will probably run base price maybe a bit more depending on the traffic. Ningyocho Station is only about a 5 minute walk and this station is serviced by the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway. Of course since this is a hotel in Tokyo the room was quite small, also the beds were very firm. I debated getting a second duvet to sleep on top of to mitigate the firmness of the bed. I would recommend this hotel and may very well stay there when I return to Tokyo.
