Superb location
The third or fourth stay in this hotel. Room request not arranged and someone left an used towel when i checked in. Went to reception asked for room change and they obliged. As usual, hotel is chosen due to its superb location and good value. A bit run down, stains on carpet and walls. It will be ideal if hotel can have some refurbishment and that will make the stay even more pleasant!

5 good nights at Kadoya Hotel
Very convenient location, airport limousine bus stop at Keio Plaza Hotel and only 4 minutes walking to the hotel. Food are all around, 5 minutes walking to Shinjuku subway station. Hotel staff are all good and helpful, room is clean and good service. Will stay again and highly recommended

Lovely hotel in Shinjuku
The hotel staffs are helpful and good communication in English. We get extra pillows and free shampoo, conditioner and face wash in hotel lobby. This hotel is closed to station and 3 department stores. There are a Lawson convenient store in 1 floor, and a Natural Lawson and 7-11 convenient stores just cross the street

Decent Bargain
Economy hotel in expensive area. Close to Shinjuku station. Room was serviceable but scuffed up. Breakfast wasn't much. Friendly staff.

Okay place to stay but there's better options
Nice rooms, but a little dirty and worn out. Bathroom walls looked like they had a pretty bad black mold problem. They'd scrubbed most of it off, but the walls are textured and you could see it in the cracks everywhere. The mattress was nice, considering I don't usually like foam. Slept great. They also offer a pillow "sampler" in the lobby. You can buy them if you like. I think in the future I'd pick a newer hotel nearby. There are lots of options at this price.
