Great Central location
The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was great. We were in room 101 and there was so much room. The pull out couch for my child was perfect for him. The king bed had a door to separate it from the rest of the room and it made it so much better for us. The pool and hot tub were nice to use after a long day skiing. The pool deck does need to be cleaned as there was a hair ball at the far end of the deck just sitting. The hotel is a perfect location to just hop on the bus, go to dinner, get a drink or just walk around Ketchum.

Not so good. The beds were nice but the heater did not work. We called the front desk two times and no one answered. So we couldn't even use the 2nd bed in the room because it was 57 degrees all night during Feb. Make sure you check the thermostat and that it works.

Great central location, close to everything in town. On bus route and caddycorner to local coffee shop or Starbucks. 5 minute drive to main base lodge at River Run.
