The Best Hotel in Brooklyn
It was amazing and I will return and recommend to everyone. The staff was great, especially Sarah. She was so nice and professional. I love the decor of the place. What you see online are accurate photos of what the hotel looks like. The money we spent on the rooms is worth every dollar spent. The hotel room (duplex, with patio) is nice and it feels like home. When I go back to New York, I will stay there again. No other place compares.

Let me say that I thought this was a great hotel. Clean, cool people were very nice. Room was very comfortable. Here is the issue. Check in was slow for several reasons. Had to fill out paper work which I haven't done in 5 years. I travel every week. Then the person that checked me in took me to my room. That left one person checking people in. Not sure what that was all about. I felt special that they did that for me, but not when I was the 3rd person in line in disbelief. Since it was In the middle of nowhere I was concerned about transportation. They had a shuttle which was great and the driver was awesome. That was for dinner. No problem. They told me that the next morning they would call a car to get me into NYC. We'll, when I went down at 6:45 no one was there. I waited 15 min. But had to get into city and started walking to find a cab. 7 blocks later I find a car and got a ride. Everyone was really nice, but the processes were wrong. Great place if you have no place to go or are in the area. I really liked it but not sure I can stay there for business...

One of our Brooklyn faves!
People who work there are SO nice, and so friendly. Go out of their way to please. One even ran out and picked up a carton of 1/2 and 1/2 for me to keep in the fridge. Rooms are VERY quiet unless you get a room on the side next to the bridge. There's a metal plate that cars and trucks have to drive over now and the noise is pretty bad. We had to change rooms the next day just to get a good night's sleep. Once that's fixed, it should be fine. Minor complaint: very thin, cheap toilet paper. No body lotion in the bathrooms.
