Perfect choice in paradise
The Guest Relations staff is second to none and I mean that! Banana, Lin, Sarah and the rest always have a smile on their faces. They make you feel like family. I will not stay anywhere else in Thong Nai Pan! The only negative is that they do not have private pool suites/villas and no bar at the pool.

Lovely 1 night stay
I had a great time at the resort. I only stayed for a day and a night but it was really great. Service was lovely and they were very accommodating when I wanted to upgrade rooms. The breakfast buffet is a little quirky but very good. The beach is quite beautiful and clean.

Excellent hotel, outstanding service
Beautiful resort, rooms comfortable and well maintained. Excellent staff, very friendly. They always greet you by your name and go out of their way to serve. All in all very good value and higky recommmeded. Only negative was the beach in front of the hotel with sand that was a bit course and water had some sea weeds. But the beach is much better just a couple of minutes walk towards the center of the strip.
