A work of art
This B&B was a fair drive from the local attractions of Giant's Causeway and the town of Bushmills (the only source of dinner or lunch) , but probably part of the attraction. The owner's' attention to detail was unexcelled in my experience, from the room itself, to the entire building and the grounds, as if there had been an army attending to the place just before our arrival. The setting and peace and quiet were welcome after a day of hiking and driving, and we were glad to have not stayed in one of the more populated places.

Causeway Lodge September 2015.
One night stay while traveling the arearea and we were late check ins. Found our room key with instructions, no problem. The hostess was wonderful to us with a breakfast that was superb. The only negative was a very hard bed that made it difficult to get comfortable. This may have been a personal preference thing. I would definitely recommend the Causeway Lodge as it is beautiful and has wonderful management.

Sweet place to lay your head!
This wonderful place is outside the city of Bushmill and well worth the drive. Lovely home, with wonderful quarters and amenities. Rooms are spacious, with the most comfortable robes and house slippers. Would highly recommend.

Giant's Causeway Accomodation
Pity we only got to stay one night. Our room was lovely; breakfast excellent (too much food!). Everything was spotless. Ann was phenomenal, friendly and helpful.

Poor Customer Service
Facility very clean. Causeway suite fine but over-decorated (too many ceramic pieces sitting around & could inadvertently tip over & break. Too many throw pillows - before sitting on furniture, you will need to clear it of pillows. Internet connection excellent. Had a small fridge and safe at our disposal. Place would be great but customer service awful. We drove to lodge after day in Dublin. Emailed owners in the a.m. to let them know of our likely delay in arrival to lodge. Before departing Dublin around 6 p.m., phoned owners to let them know we were leaving. After a very difficult drive in rain & dark (4.5 hours with stops ONLY for directions & at one stop emailing owners again to let them know of difficulties) - arrived at lodge at 10:30 p.m. (we could not phone as we did not have cell service). Upon our arrival, met by Ann (owner) who was clearly frustrated & angry about out delay. She stated she had a family matter that required her attention & our late arrival prevented her from tending to her personal business). During our tour of facility, Ann fixated on reminding us that she could not attend to personal issue due to our late arrival. I found this behavior unacceptable - could understand her anger if we had not been responsible about maintaining contact - but we did our best. Can't comment on breakfast as we never ate at lodge (did not feel welcome). I would NOT recommend this place unless you arrive within owners specifications!
