Nice updated spacious rooms
This room was SO much nicer than an average Times Square room. Beds were comfortable, room was large and updated, bathroom was clean and modern. There’s an outdoor courtyard space on the second floor, which is nice until people are out there after midnight and you can hear them as if they were in your room. Also, it’s right near the port authority bus terminal, if you’re coming in that way.

Great property and staff
This property is awesome! Stayed here on business for 2 nights and everything was perfect. As far as NYC goes, the rooms are on par with other boutique properties. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was amazing (especially Maria at the front desk, she went above and beyond). They were helpful and friendly. The location is great, quiet but close to all the midtown attractions. The restaurant on property is also good! Will be back in July!

Do not stay - Dishonest and very poor customer srv
I bppled my hotel room late and called to ensure I could check in since it was after midnight. I let them know I would be there within the hour. I arrived and noone helped with luggage. The guy at front desk was quick and seemed not to want to take the time to go over even the basic info normally given when you check into a hotel. I paid almost $300 for my room. I had stayed at this hotel on occasion over the past 2 years and this was one of the higher priced rooms I had paid for and it was the smallest and most uncomfortable rooms in the building. I would have possibly understood if it were packed and I gpt one of the last rooms, but the place was dead. I saw only 2 people there - deserted. Since I booked my room after midnight and got to the hotel to check in around 1:30AM, I woke later than usual and found that they now have a 11AM checkout. I asked for a late checkout and the girl at the front desk gave me 20 minutes and there would be a $50 late checkout fee if npt out by noon. I was out after the noon deadline and to my surprise I had a $75 late checkout fee. She said that the new management was strict and it shpuld have been $100 so she did me a favor. I will never go back to this poorly run scam hotel again.
