The room was large clean, comfortable with a friendly helpful staff in a dated property. Only a few paid parking spots. Some were on lifts so one car can be lifted up so another car can park below it. Had an elevator for two floors. If you are on the third floor you took the stairs. The better restaurants were several blocks away

Once is enough
It was not known to us that the 2 bedroom apartment was at level 3. the lift stops at level 2 so you have to take the flight of stairs up. It was tedious for us as we have 5 huge luggage with us and my dad had knee cap problem. The apartment is clean with 1 bathroom for 5 of us. No housekeeping on Sunday. Centralize location and nearby to shops.

We were disappointed when we checked in at 2 pm and there wasn't anyone at the reception. We had to wait 7-12 minutes. It was a beautiful day and we wanted to explore Hamilton as soon as we'd checked in so it was disappointing we had to wait.

Good stay except for parking. If you parked in the hotel car park you could not retrieve your car between 4pm and 8am!! To avoid thid we had to park in their other carpark about 7 minutes walk away. For this reason, we would not stay here again.
