Great spot to see and experience casa viejo. The rooms are spacious the beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Staff is amazing. Fun, friendly, courteous. Property is safe and seems as if everyone likes their job. Water temp in shower could be a little warmer but no big deal. Rooftop lounge is amazing for any hour. Views are incredible. Party goes on throughout the night but if not what you're looking for, Casco viejo area is not where you wanna stay, as the whole area is lively throughout the night each night.

Great, nice sized, clean room. Wonderful staff! Awesome food. No hot water, was a bummer but that seemed to be the complaint from our friends and families at different hotels. Roof top parties directly above our room till 3 or 4 am. Not terribly load but a constant beat.

The Roof top bar had amazing views and the service was great! I had the tuna tartare and it was excellent! The happy hour drinks and prices were great too. The Pina Colda was served in a very large glass for $4 US tasty and great value. We ate breakfast at the Kitchen and we both loved the Latte! I had the Veggie Egg White Omelette it was so yummy. We stayed at the hotel on a layover on New Year's Eve and the hotel advised it would be loud from 9pm to 5am and offered to allow us to cancel. We decided it couldn't be that loud were wrong. It was very quite during the day as we took a nap after our red eye from the night before. The hotel rooms are each unique a eclectic. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were only there for a quick night but the room was quiet and the service was great. We got a welcome drink coupon, and they boxed up our free breakfast so we could take it with us the next morning. Great location too!

The best place to stay when visiting Panama City
Everything at Tantalo is amazing - the location, the atmosphere, the decor, the rooms, the room balcony, the rooftop bar/club, the party, the restaurant, the food, the drinks, the service, the staff, etc....the list goes on and on. The only negative was that we did not have hot water to take a shower for the first two days of our trip; however, the shower did have hot water for our remaining two days. If I ever return to Panama City, I will certainly stay at Tantalo again because the hotel and its staff made our stay so enjoyable and fulfilled all of our expectations! If you are looking for fun and adventure, a cool place party, and a unique experience, definitely consider Tantalo for your trip to Panama City!

Perfect Location, Great Stay
Lovely room, perfect location, very secure and the staff were all very friendly. Close to lots of good bars and restaurants. The bar in the hotel is gorgeous, and does amazing drinks, too (bonus). I'll be back for sure!
