Very Good 8.0
Good stay but cannot check in earlier
The overall stay was awesome. My sister and I only stayed for one night and had a pleasant time. It is conveniently located by Penn Station, 15 min walk from M train, and a few walks away from the public buses. The only thought was their check-in is at 3 pm and I could not check in any earlier and there were no rooms. I typically have no issues in checking in earlier at other hotels so that’s something to keep in mind. Meanwhile, they have three bathrooms which is located on their second floor and the lights are pretty dim.

Fair 4.0
Do not choose.
Do not choose this place unless you like to stay in a cubical. Air con is loud and bad. This is a so called boutique hotel but their room it’s incredibly SMALL. Facility is just ok like every other 4 stars. Stayed for three days and two rooms total five nights. Not just merely one night deal. Service is fine although it’s the least for this hotel to offer.

Poor 2.0
Do Not choose this hotel.
Don’t be fooled by the rating. The room is extremely small I couldn’t even flat out my luggage in the room there’s no place to put my stuff at all. I travel to New York every couple months and this is the thinnest cubical tool I ever stayed. The air-com is loud n not cooling down. It’s annoy n hard to sleep. I’m very surprised of the high rating of this place because I don’t see any good from it. House keeping is not doing much either my bathroom floor towel was missing for two days. It’s super inconvenient. Keep telling me this is a boutique hotel any no improvement made to my total three + two nights stay as I booked two separate rooms.
