Run down hotel
Bug was on bed when we arrived, carpet was soaked, TV did not work, Beds were comfortable, bathroom door was falling apart, ceiling looked like it might cave in, lights did not work near beds. Appeared bulbs were burnt out. Parking lot had many pot holes. Not good for the vehicles. Outside of building was falling apart. Very poor maintenance and upkeep of building.

Terrible smoking stench in a non-smoking room
I checked-in with a non-smoking room reservation along with my family.Though the room door says non-smoking room, the room was just terribly stenching as a heavily smoked room, leaking wet floor ner door. Since it was late at night I didn't think of options but to sleep in that room. The stench was so bad I felt like someone is blowing smoke into the room all night.Front desk lady said it's just an old building smell and said this is the cheapest hotel in town, in a way suggesting the stench is ok for this price.I felt bad for my kids, as they have to sleep in that room. This never happened to us.I myself felt the stench would effect my lungs and non-healthy even to stay for like 8 hours, such is the severity.Can the motel not enforce strict policy themselves and with local authorities? Can or will this motel really care about non-smoking customer's health? Unforgettable!

Stay here if you want to roast’
The first time I stayed at this hotel it was an ice burg in my room to where I slept in Aug in a hoodie ( doesn’t really bother me) I’m here again on the 6th of September. The water is barely hot / cold. The room is a furnace and we have had them come up twice to try and “ fix” it. The owner was an absolute sweet heart to us on her first visit however her daughter is something else. Copped an attitude with my husband asking if we can switch rooms 20min after checking in as my husband is a veteran and will pass out if he gets too warm. This is utter ridiculous and honestly bc of the female owner we thought we’d come again however her daughter completely ruined that for us!

Scam
I never stayed in the room booked with hotel .com at the hill top inn they took my money told me it will be cancelled cause they couldn't accommodate me but didn't do it. They don't answer phones or return emails the hotels are cheap in they are disgusting hotel com is a scam also
