Need some serious upgrades
The receptionist was pleasant and nice.The place needed a lot of work.The outside needs work too. We got the room supposed to be non- smoking but when we walked in it smelled like prevous occupants smoked in the room before. We couldn't watch TV. Remote didn't work. My husband went downstairs and talked to a different receptionist about the tv issues. She said there should be 2 remotes in hich we only saw one when we walked in. She said she will send someone to take a look at it. We waited and waited. No one showed up.

Should be SHUTDOWN!
From the moment I was waiting in the lobby for the gentleman ahead of me to ask about room rates I should have known this place was gonna be bad. Or maybe before that when I saw the grass was thigh high. But not to worry there was a lawn tractor parked by the office door with a wagon full of trash in the 90° heat, so hopefully that helps at some point. Anyway back to the gentleman getting room rates ahead of me, the front desk person was telling him it was going to be a $200 deposit plus cost of room of which he declined. Once he exited the front desk staff said its not really $200 deposit, i just told him that. While i am your average Caucasian male this was a man of Latin heritage which seemed discriminatory at best. Once we confirmed our reservation and paid the $100 room deposit we gathered our things and proceeded to the room on the second floor with a loose banister and bags of trash all over the ground. Once opening the door an instant waft of hot cigarette smoke came rushing out with disappointment we found a 1995 era room with all the same furniture in horrible condition. The bed was actually crunchy feeling and the floor looked like it was never cleaned in months. The sink had long red hairs in it and the light switches were broken as well as 2 outlets. There was a radiant heater in the corner with a broken leg that was used for heat and a moldy window AC that never got the room cool. This place is bad! If its all you can afford save for another place! Dont do it!
