Great atmosphere and service. Delicious buffet!
Got lucky and got a room here for half price. Hotel is on the main street close to Shinjuku Station and everything was right close by. Great atmosphere and a well decorated lobby and dining area. Buffet was delicious and only $10 with a huge variety of food. Reception staff spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful. Had a smaller single room but was fine by Japanese standards. Bed was VERY comfortable. The WiFi was slow. Would definitely stay here again!

It's an ok hotel.
It was ok. It's in central shinjuku, so mainly for the location and convenience. The room was really tiny but the bed was comfortable.

Average hotel in Shinjuku.
Small typical Japanese hotel. Room on 3rd floor had no clear window, only tinted. Definitely kept me out of the room as much as possible. Nice people at the desk. Simple bar/buffet service. Rooms are small and dated. For the same or a bit more, definitely would stay at the Shinjuku Prince close by. The 3.8 rating seems high, not bad, but definitely nothing special.

Location!
Great location in Shinjuku! The room was ok but the AC was weak and the bathroom was full of mold.
