Nice, clean but small room in great location
Hotel is in great location, close to many attractions, stores, restaurants, tours in Cuzco. Stuff are friendly and service is good. The restaurant is fine. The only problem was that the room was a little small and the window was facing the wall in 5 feet distance. Overall satisfied with the stay

Too noisy to sleep
We had a room on the bottom floor. One side was next to the street, the other side was next to the courtyard. Every morning it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. The tour groups gathered, talking, laughing, the leaders yelling directions. There was a sound like fireworks that jolted us out of sleep—I think it was people rolling luggage over the pebbled courtyard that echoed so loud it was unbelievable. The hotel was nice and comfortable, except for this. Maybe upstair rooms would be better.

Beautiful Courtyard
The location of this hotel is great. The breakfast is so-so, but it is included - worst on the trip. The bedroom was decent and room was clean. Courtyard is so beautiful, and area by the bar has a fire place (wood) that is great to sit by and enjoy. The staff was nice and accommodating. The security was good. However, the walls are thin. Our room was small and decent, but we could hear everything in the courtyard and everything in the hall. The lobby was great, and there were some great snacks to order in the open area. The price was decent. The location was less than a 1 minute walk to the main square, which is perfect for eating, enjoying, and checking out the Inka Museum and major cathedral. There are also events in the square. Do not buy items there though - too expensive. Go up one of the roadways and they will have better costs, for same quality.

Couldnt ask for anything more really
Beautiful property, quiet, very central, friendly and supportive staff, and good size rooms that are well maintained. The restaurant was pretty darn good as well.
