I like it :)
Nice hotel, clean, new bathrooms, comfort beds and nice clean restaurant. The was a little bit small, but it was enough for single bed. The bathroom is small as well but it was very clean and it was new renovated. During my stay they were painting the rooms and the corridors. Lovely staff especially in the kitchen. The breakfast was ok as well. When I will visit London next time I'm gonna book in this hotel again for sure. Regards, Ismail.

Decent Hotel, easy location and price
This hotel is a decent place to stay, and was a good value for us. You can easily access it via 2 different Underground lines, the Piccadily and Victoria lines, both at Finsbury Park station. It's less than 5 minute walk to either. From Heathrow, it took just over an hour on the tube, but you don't have to change stations and that is very nice, especially with baggage. (Just for info, getting into center of London is at least 30 minutes or more on the tube from Heathrow, so the hotel really not as far out as it sounds). The breakfast was really good. You can choose the continental, which has fresh breads meats cheese yogurt cereal fruit and juices,,, or they will also make you a hot breakfast. This was a great way to start the morning, and the breakfast was included in the price, also very nice. The rooms were small, at least the one we stayed in. That is a lot of Europe though, so consider the room average for standards. The bathroom however, was small. When sitting on the toilet, the sink was at your face. Ok, just don't spend all day in there! The bed.... Well,,, not so good. We didn't notice as much at first being so tired, but the mattress was definitely old and springs were pokey. Not as comfortable I must say. The room was clean though, and that I appreciate Overall, I would recommend this, with those cautions. It's not a 4 or 5 star place, and the bed isn't all that great. The easy tube access and great breakfast made it worth the price and stay.

Okay if weather behaves...
Stayed 3 nights. It was one of the hottest day in London, and the hotel had no air conditioning at all. Only a small-sized fan was available. We couldn't sleep at night and it was enough to ruin the whole memory in the city. If it wasn't the weather, room was okay (bit small for a family room) and breakfast was nice. Good access to the metro and lots of nearby shops like grocery and laundry.

Great service, small room.
This hotel was a little disappointing. The room was very small, only about a foot on either side. If you're traveling with anything larger than a small suitcase, you'll feel very cramped. There also was nothing that mentioned no air conditioning. Normally this would be fine as it's quite cool at night, but we had to open the window and the street below is extremely busy and loud. Motorbikes whizzing by all night, construction and jack hammering very late, and very loud sirens. Could only sleep with a sleeping pill. Other than that, the hotel was great. Fantastic staff, amazing breakfast, really close to a metro station. If you're going for a short stay you'll probably have a great experience, but I wouldn't recommend for longer stays.
