Very convenient and they have a very go breakfast
There was constructions going on so it's kind of loud during the day.

Nice room in a renovated older building with a redone bathroom. The staff was friendly and the room was quiet. I'd stay there again.

Nice hotel, loud neighborhood.
When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservation, which was for two rooms, and for which I had a copy of the booking from Hotels.com. The fault was placed on Hotels.com, but the Albany House did give us upgraded rooms at no extra cost. The hotel is nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The unfortunate aspect of this hotel is a nightclub located across the street about half a block away. You would think that distance would prevent you from hearing that noise, but it did not. Even with a room in the back of the hotel, I heard the bass until after 4 AM. If you are a heavy sleeper, it should not be a problem. But, if you are not, prepare for a long night. We were at the hotel two mid-week nights, and the situation was the same both nights. It seems that the front desk people cannot do anything about it, and apparently the local police can't or don't address the issue either.

Great place right in city
Great location:walking distance to City Centre with major attractions. Many restaurants, pubs also an easy walk away. White noise machine was important to counter street noise from night club, tram.
