Except for no elevator, hotel was good. But did have a hard time connecting with wifi.

Great place right in city
Great location:walking distance to City Centre with major attractions. Many restaurants, pubs also an easy walk away. White noise machine was important to counter street noise from night club, tram.

Pleasant hotel near St. Stephen's Green
We enjoyed our stay at Albany House and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They made copies of our bus and airline tickets at no extra charge. They are in the process of making some renovations. The bathroom had already been refurbished and was very nice. The hotel is a few minutes walk to St. Stephen's Green, which is a very pleasant place to walk, people watch or just sit and relax after a day of sightseeing or shopping.

Would avoid the next time in Dublin.
The hotel is quite old and that's probably why there is no elevator which makes it very uncomfortable to stay there if you have luggage and get a room upstairs. The room was also old and there was even a hole in the wall. Continental breakfast was ok and the folks working were helpful. The location is central and that's the only good characteristic about it.

Great location, staff and breakfast
The staff, particularly Una and the kitchen staff were wonderful !! Breakfast was great and while a bit old, the hotel and beds were comfortable. We stayed on top floor in back of hotel, yet heard rowdy party people when pubs closed. think that is same around Dublin since our location was terrific.
