Beautiful hotel in great location, directly across from the zoo train station. Will be back. Enjoyed the hotel bar but did not try the restaurant on this trip (the breakfast is pricey but there are many other options nearby).

The Good: We were delighted to be able to have an early check-in when arriving from the US, before the normal check-in time. We also were pleased to be given a room with two queen beds, rather than one king bid. This was a great help to us.The room was very quiet, with great climate control. Very clean! The not so good: The spa and pool were an extra 15 euro charge (the pool is a pool to take a dip in, NOT a swimming pool.) The Bad: Room service got the time of our breakfast very wrong on a crucial morning; once the service in the dining room for breakfast was horrible. Our order was not placed with the kitchen. We missed our train as a result. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay
The staff is amazing. I have never felt so appreciated at a hotel. It was very quiet and cozy. It is at the top of my top five favorite hotel stays. It is right by the Zoo. Public transportation literally steps away from the hotel entrance so you can get anywhere you need to fairly easily. Tons of food and shopping options around the hotel.

We were shocked in the time of check out that an extra payment for our car park (38 Euros) per day which no one at all told us about, should be paid. we tried to explain to the that no one told us that the service is paid and as known in most of the international hotels the there is free valet service and they didn't do any thing. Otherwise every thing else was wonderful. nice hotel in a perfect location for shopping and fun.

Wonderful place to stay in Berlin
Great hotel, beautiful rooms, location means all of Berlin is easily accessible with public transport. Staff was great. Rooms are spacious as is the bathroom. Enjoyed the luxurious bath while watching TV on the bathroom mirror (with waterproof remote). Good jet lag remedy. Everything you need is there already. Only peeves: WiFi is not automatically free with the room, nor is the pool. Otherwise really great.
