Stay far away
Logistically this property was terrible. "Check in" is 12 miles away. We stopped by to get the keys on the way in to town, but the office was closed. Had to check email to get an after-hours code, and drove back after skiing to get the keys. The room itself was very run down with 1970s decor, crunchy carpet, uncomfortable mattresses. Guests in the adjacent room were having a loud party until 1:30am, and since there is no on-site management we had to call Copper Mountain security. Advertised as ski-in ski-out, it was in the middle of Copper village, a decent walk from the slopes. We also had to move our car to the pay parking lot, as we were told the car could not remain in the property lot after 10am.

Nice stay close to everything. I only stayed one night and 2 days of skiing. The free parking was nice plus. Ski lift close by.

check for emails from resort BEFORE arrival
My worst experience with hotels.com. (NOT hotels.com fault though) no address is provided for resort. Had to call hotels.com 3 times for address because all addresses given were incorrect, finally we were directed to the resort office (that was closed) to get key from a lock box for the resort 20 minutes away. No information about parking once arrived at 10pm. we were tired and very confused and upset about the whole experience. I must add however, the resort was beautiful after the fresh snowfall & we did enjoy our short visit. AFTER we left and checked e-mails, we saw many emails from resort informing us of process (too late) wish we would of received a phone call

Cozy Copper Mountain Condo.
This was a very good option for our trip as it provided us the "Home Away from Home" feel. The ability to cook for ourselves was a huge bonus and once we figured out the location of the wood storage closet, things warmed up at night. Before locating the wood storage we did notice the unit was very drafty and cold at night. Having said that, the comforters on the beds were amazingly warm, so sleeping in the cold the first night was not an issue. The View from the unit (310) was awesome and overlooks the Super Bee lift and East side of the mountain. Another cool factor about this stay was the US Ski team was staying in the surrounding units in the East village, which I must stay seeing Olympic Athletes walking around and hanging out was awesome. Unlike may of the places I have stayed in at various resorts and Hotels in resort towns, the WiFi signal was very strong, and as someone in IT was necessary for working remotely. The only down side (if I can call it that) was the fact that it was opening day at Copper Mountain and the "Super Bee" lift, which is a few feet from the door, was not running so we had to shuttle to the center village to catch the lift. All in all this was a very good stay and I would stay in the same unit again if given the opportunity.

Carpet is is stained ... Dish washer was already full and no access code was given to enter the front gate. If parking is such an issue in Summit County better instructions should be provided! I will not be a returning customer.
