Comfortable studio near tube station
Nice studio apartment just minutes walk from tube station. It is an older building, so you make allowances for that, but it was kept up and appeared in good condition. Our room was smaller, but adequate. Kitchenette had all we needed - microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, stove top (didn't use) and dishes for eating. We were happy with the location as we did not want to carry our luggage a long distance. The road on Warwick Ave was busy and the window not double-glazed, but we had earplugs so didn't present a problem. The room was clean and they did change our towels while we were there for three nights. The receptionist was there when we arrived and let us in to our room and when we left early, we were able to just leave the key on the desk. That was very convenient. As an older building, there was no lift for the upper stories, so may have to carry bags up. Be sure to check where your room is located when making reservation if that is an issue. The owner was friendly and helpful when we arrived providing information for surrounding area and maps of the city.

Nice room, great location
Stayed here for 4 nights with my mother. Booked a room with 2 single beds and was pleased with the size of the room. Shower is a bit small but worked well. Room had microwave, oven, stove top, fridge so we prepared many of our own meals. Room also has a fan which was necessary when cooking as it got quite warm. M& S food hall ( grocery) only a couple blocks away with great selection. Not many electrical outlets so may want to bring an extension cord. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again.

Convenient and budget hotel
This is a nice little hotel. No frills but completely filled my needs for a reasonably priced hotel, with an ensuite bathroom! It couldn't have been better placed near the Earls Court tube station. The hotel manager Dimir was always around if I needed help with anything.

Basic, small room with kitchenette. Only view from our room was of an alley and entrance to another room. As an efficiency, there was no apparent housekeeping while we were there but fresh towels were left after the second day. For the price and location, it was very good. The neighborhood is safe and is in the process of being upgraded. The walls are very thin--bring ear plugs. You can hear everything being discussed/happening in the hallway--including those departing at 4 am for early flights.

The place to stay!
Hotel management is very helpful. Damir the manager collected my Premier Football tickets for me , as they required a signature. Property is a straight shot from LHR on Picadilly Line. Plenty of Pubs, Grocery stores, and a Laundry. Great walking area. Suggest morning walks in Brompton Cemetary. 15 minutes walk from Stamford Bridge (Chelsea Football Club). I have stayed at Earls Ct. Studios 5 times... it is my default starting point when staying in London. AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT!
