Good location, poor maintenance.
The people working there are great, they like to serve and they are really easy to talk to. Unfortunately the both rooms we had in our stay were never completely clean, the bathrooms always had hair on the floor from previews guess. the carpet is so old and looks dirty.

You could spend more, but you could do much worse.
Great staff and service, very friendly and helpful. Nice safe & quiet location, about a mile each way to Parque 93 and the Zona T at 82nd. Virrey park 3 blocks away is great. Definitely an older hotel building, not updated per American business standards but pretty clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is nice - your choice of eggs, fruit, pancakes, fresh juice, coffee and chocolate.
