Convenient location but breakfast hit and miss
Staff at reception and the terrace bar later in the evening were very friendly and helpful. We chose it because of location between train station and old town - great for both. Only downside was the indifferent staff at breakfast. A good 30mins before scheduled end of service, I pointed out that the hot buffet needed replenishing and was told it would be 5mins. Nothing arrived and breakfast concluded with no apology or comment so very disappointing and overshadowed the overall positive experience.

Nice hotel. I would recommend to stay there. The only thing we did not like - AC does not work very well and room does not cool down even at night time. However, this limitation we had experienced in almost all hotels, where we stayed in Catalonia.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. The common areas are updated and well air conditioned. This contrasted greatly with our room. The room was not updated and the air conditioning did not cool the room. When I mentioned the a/c in our room wasn’t working that well, I was told no one else had complained. I hope they are going to update the rooms soon to match the common areas and their advertising as a 4-star accommodation.
