Very nice room, had trouble with toilet flushing properly. The chair at desk was to short. Over all I was very happy with this motel! Will be staying here again.
Your night clerk who has been there forever is awesome! He always has my room ready and is very professional. Your breakfast needs to be changed up once in a while.
We found a bedbug in the evening, We informed the hotel and the receptionist took an immediate action. She called me for an update three times while I was at the family dinner. First, they said the hotel doesn't have enough rooms so we have to move out... Then they call and said we have arranged a room for you. We came back to the hotel after midnight then moved the rooms with two little kids. It was a hassle for me to do all at the midnight. I really need the refund on my room.
Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. My only suggestion would be for taller desk chair or shorter desk. Spent quite a bit of time working in the room; the tall desk and regular desk chair made it feel a bit awkward. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
