Excellent stay
Part of the very aggresive reception of the receptionest Fatimah AlZahrah who insisted to give me a room at under ground level& dealyed my check in, shouting loaudly in front of all, till i met the proffessional supervisor Mr. Shaker& the kind receptionest Miss Latifa who gave me good room on 2nd floor. Hotel in general was out standing with very high standards of services, i enjoyed my stay and extended my stay and would be back.

Great location, but oldish rooms
The Hotel was good, apart from the Rooms, especially Bathroom and Toilet. Bath was not clean and the bath accessories were not great. Also, Bathroom and Toilet are separate, not something that bothered me. Breakfast was good, good selection and also we had dinner few times there. Dinner had good variety but was not great, I would not go all inclusive, as they were charging appx £800 plus for all-inclusive for 7 days. Lots of restaurants around, and also fast food, like Pizahut, macdonalds, KFC, and good Italian and Indian restaurants. Also, be aware of people trying to sell you a package for activities. A guy called Mehdi (company name: Destination Services), boarded our mini bus at Agadir Airport when we arrived and gave us leaflets of the activities they were selling. Mehdi was working with person called Faud. Most of the attractions/activities were good apart from Paradise Valley trip. We asked the guy who was arranging this, Faud, that we require a minibus (6 adults and two kids) with Air Conditioning, but on the hottest day we were there, going to the hottest place Paradise Valley (at the time), he sent a minibus with no AC. It was the worse experience, everyone was feeling hot and more importantly, my kids were suffering. We asked the Driver to go back half way, as there was no way we could continue with the trip. Apart from above bad experience, as it touched me the most, more due to how my Kids suffered, Agadir was very pleasant experience.

Great stay - excellent service
I traveled alone as a female to Agadir *gasp* (yes it was fine. ..more than fine actually). i had just finished a15 day tour and wanted some RnR. Great location first of all. The staff was nothing short of brilliant. They spoke English and Polish to me which was impressive ( among many others I heard them speak). I was worried about being harassed but never felt that way at all in the least. Breakfast was delicious with many options (i only did BnB) My constructive criticism is this. .my room was quite on the warm side and was told the AC was on and it would cool down. .yeah it never did. There was a lot of hair when i checked into the room. .on the floor in the bed it kind of grossed me out...never had that problem before. Wish I could remember the staff names to shout then out but I honestly didn't come across any bad staff... thanks for a pleasant stay I'll definitely be back!
