Great service & convenient location
The hotel is quite nice, convenience and the staff are very polite with good customer service but the parking is not at the hotel, you should walk about 3 mins and pay ¥1,000 per day which is still acceptable. It was a new year in Japan during my stay, they prepared the snack, sake in reception area and send soba noodle to our room. Very nice! Highly recommended hotel if you stay in Matsumoto.

Boutique Hotel with great position and staff.
We had a great overnight stay. Hotel is well positioned between the castle (terrific to visit) and the train station. Staff very very attentive when it seemed one of us had lost our wedding ring. It was found. Try the Japanese breakfast in the old bank building....superb array of Japanese morning cuisine.
