Wonderful overnighter in Dawlish
Great location next to the seafront. If you like to watch trains going past this is also a bonus. Very friendly and easy going and sufficient self catering facilities should you wish to cook in own room. Breakfast was superb with great choice and great quality. Cooked breakfast all griddled, nothing greasy at all.

Shower atrocious otherwise great
Had a good nights sleep in a very comfortable room overlooking the sea (and the railway line!). The morning was not so good however as the shower door was difficult to open and close. Unfortunately the electric shower was even worse. The temperature ranged from freezing cold to scalding hot with about 10 seconds of bearable temperature as the temperature changed up and down. This would have been dangerous for an elderly person! The landlady appeared surprised but I suspect its been going on for ages, probably due to overall poor water flow into the shower. Its really not good enough when you pay so much for an overnight stay.

Very Good8.0
Lovely little hotel but very noisy Easley in the morning due to the trains. Excellent service and an even better breakfast
