El hotel estaba cerrado por COVID no tuvimos ninguna notificacion por parte de Expedia ni del hotel y cuando llegamos al hotel a las tantas de la noche nos quedamos sin hotel.

Muy caro para el mal servicio que hay
Lo de que no haya nunca nadie en el hotel a quien dirigirse por si hay algún problema da muy poca seguridad. En nuestro caso nos dejaron un teléfono en una tarjeta en el que solo estaban en un horario restringido. Tuvimos varios inconvenientes fuera de ese horario y nadie atendió nuestra llamada, y como no hay recepción...nos olvidamos. El wifi no funcionaba, hacía frío, la habitación no tenía nada que ver con la que nos mostraron en la foto, la cama incomodísima, los desayunos nos hablaron de turnos y no había nadie más en el hotel, por lo que nos obligaron a desayunar en turno sin necesidad, la misma persona que servía los desayunos estaba limpiando, por lo que si te faltaba algo o necesitabas algo, tenías que andarla buscando. Estuvimos dos noches, no nos cambiaron las toallas y la limpieza fue ligerita. No hay indicaciones para llegar, ni el GPS da con el hotel...Desde luego, para lo cara que es la habitación, el servicio dejó mucho que desear
