왜 여기가 이렇게 높은 별점을 받는지 모르겠다. 장점 1. 위치- 터미널21(쇼핑할 곳은 그럭저럭이나 5층 pier21 진짜 좋음. 양질의 음식을 저렴한 가격에 먹을수 있다ㅠㅠ)이나 아속역 바로 옆이라는거 진짜 진짜 장점 단점 1. 교통체증- 위치 좋으나 차가 진짜 특정시간이라고 할거 없이 많이 막힘. 호텔앞 택시 당연히 비싸고(그랩 택시 2배도 넘음) 그랩불러도 안옴 ㅜㅜㅜㅠ(20분 이상 소요되니 준비하는 중에 미리 부르시길) 2. 뷰- 주변에 공사하는 건물이 3군데는 된다. 호텔에서의 뷰를 망칠뿐 아니라 수영장에서 놀고 있으면 쿵쾅쿵쾅 공사소리 장난아니다. 루프탑 수영장있는 호텔만의 힐링느낌이 전혀 없음 3. 프라이버시- 나 이거 엄청 충격이었는데 왜 아무 리뷰에서도 못읽었는지 모르겠다. 건물이 특이하게 생겼는데, 쇼핑몰 위로 가운데에 엘레베이터 중심으로 세갈래로 나뉘어 호텔방이 위치해있음. 엘레베이터에서 가까운 방일수록 방끼리 서로 보임. 프론트데스크 물어봤더니 "미러"라며 안보인다고 했는데, 옆밑방 여자가 뭐 입고 어떤 표정으로 뭐하는지 다 보임.... 침대 위도 보임... 진짜 충격. 아니 블라인드 내리고 뷰 다 가리거나 방안에서 옷 다입고 있으려고 거기 간건 아닌데 무슨 건물을 이렇게 만들었는지... 이거 수영장에서 위에 방 쳐다보면 블라인드 걷힌 방 안에 다 보이는거 느낄거다. 프론트데스크 전화했더니 짜증내면서 방 바꿔주긴 했다. 가실계획이면 반드시 엘레베이터에서 될수록 떨어진 방 받으시길! i never understand why this hotel gets this good reviews. the pool and breakfast are as same as other hotels with similar price. the location but only the location is convenient and that is it. you can see through others in next rooms if you check in a room near elevators. i got so shocked caz i could see what the woman in the next and downstairs room was wearing and what facial expression she was having...(in the swimming pool, if you look up any room that uncovers curtains.. you will see what i say)/ so much traffic jam. hotel taxis are so expensive and it takes so much time to get a grab/ awful views! there are at least 3 buildings constructing, so you could hear such noises in the pool

The only good point about this hotel is the location. There is something wrong with the shower, the water would automatically get hotter and hotter, and I needed to turn the water to the cooler side like 10 times during a 10 mins quick shower. I talked to the staff after the 1st night but I dont think they helped fix it, they didn't leave me a word on whether they had a look on this matter or not. It was terribly dirty underneath the bed when we tried to move it a bit and we found that there was hell lots of dusts! We called reception to get it cleaned but waited for 30 minutes, chased 3 times until the cleaning lady came. The 1st thing da cleaning lady did when she saw all those dusts on da floor was to take photos with her phone slowly and nicely. It was very disturbing to have waited for so long especially when you were almost in bed.

I stayed at the Grand Centre Point hotel in twice, once for 4 nights and then for 5 nights. I had asked for a higher level room, but when I arrived about 1am, I was given a room on the lowest floor. When I asked that my second stay be at a higher floor, the hotel did provide the highest possible for the rate I had reserved. The hotel has very nice building, reception area, staff and rooms. It is very simplistic modern and functional. Everything worked to perfection. I can not comment on TV because I did not use it. The internet worked well. The hotel is a part of a complex with hundreds of stores and 50 restaurants. Just take the escalator to the BTS station which connects the hotel with the Terminal 21 shopping complex. They have great restaurants from fast food to 5-star and food court to cook at your table places. The staff in the lobby can be very useful and they try to be helpful. The BTS (skyway) and MRT (subway) are there at the hotel. It takes only a minute to walk to both gates which provide access to much of Bangkok. I got 30 day pass for both systems which is much cheaper and faster than taxi or tuk tuk. Going to the airport can be fast and cheap also if you are carrying small luggage. This is also at the center of entertainment being next to Soi Cowboy, Nana, parks and people watching.

The services hotel offered us was way more than I expected.. We booked for deluxe room but they upgraded our room. Room condition was clean enough... View from room was fascinatng.. And breakfast was not bad.. Pool was little small but clean and comfortable to use together with sauna and jacuzzi.. lol Most of all, Access to the hotel was very nice! BTS was just connected with the hotel and shopping mall was in the same building so there was nothing to be uncomfortable :D .. If I have a chance to go bangkok again, I am willing to visit here again. Thanks for every favorable service!
