Definitely not luxury this is not an appropriate description of this property. It does have a pool which not all apartments do but it doesn’t really justify the much higher price than other similar apartments in Lassi that don’t have a pool. We don’t really mind or expect anything more than basic but feel that many people would be disappointed if expecting luxury.

Helpful Owner and staff
I think that our interpretation of luxury is slightly different. But I don’t really expect luxury in apartments. And it was certainly adequate. The pool made the difference but it does mean the place is much dearer than other properties in the area. And we only chose it because we were on a family holiday. We could get something equally as nice for several hundred pounds less for a week if no swimming pool.

Small block of apartments with pool
Not exactly luxury, in fact a bit tired but very quiet and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Sheets were only changed once in the week we were there which is not ideal when it's hot and towels need to be changed on a better schedule. Seem to have a few plumbing issues as well. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Some of the bikes the brakes weren't safe.

A lovely stay at a beautiful location
I think the term "luxury apartments" is misleading, as this accommodation is pretty basic and there are signs of wear and tear throughout the property. However, the staff (who are rarely around) were welcoming, friendly and helpful; our apartment was clean and had all that we needed; the pool was well-maintained and the location was maginifrcent. We had one of the garden flats and loved sitting out on our patio, looking out over the sea. Main Street is 5 minutes away and everything we needed was there. We visited several local beaches, all of which were lovely in different ways. Overall, we loved our sea view apartment and would definitely recommend it.

perfect location with wonderful views
Lovely welcome from the owner Pako who could not do enough to help and make our stay very pleasant. He managed to maintain a discreet presence but was always available for any advice. Apartment was cleaned daily by Antigoni. Linen and towels changed twice a week. The pool was large and clean and well maintained. It was never crowded during our stay with a good mix of shady areas and sunny areas. There were more than enough sun beds for the numbers staying at the apartments. The gardens were pretty with plenty of parking for cars. There were bikes available that were well maintained, though we didn't make use of them. There was air conditioning in all bedrooms. The location of Belvista could not be more perfect. It was a 12 minute drive from the airport, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and tourist shops. The views from Belvista were indeed beautiful. The apartment was basic, which in our experience is usual for Greece, but you don't go to Kefalonia to spend all your time in the apartment as there is so much to see and do. You can cook there, though we didn't and the tavernas are good value.
