Beautiful but not social at all
The hotel was beautiful but fairly empty. No one was hanging out there at all which was bizarrely because it’s so beautiful. But they don’t really create an ambiance for people to be social was our only complaint.

We loved staying at the Seminyak Resort. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were even upgraded to an ocean view room. I would highly recommend this resort!

We have stayed at the Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa several times. It is probably one of the best hotels in Seminyak. The location is ideal and the pool/beach is probably the best. When we stayed previously, the hotel was "par excellence." However, we noted this time, to our dismay the towels needed to be replaced and washcloths had to be specifically requested. The housekeeping staff was not as good...small discrepancies and lower standards than before, which were disappointing considering the price range. We also noted the Manager was not/not at all "hands on" as the previous managers. The pool bathrooms need to cleaned and upgraded. Understandably, these are by the pool, but a good wash and cleaning during the day. Right before departing while lounging around the pool, I witnessed the broken swan statue on the pool ledge fell on and injured one of the guests....I had noticed this broken statue from the time I arrived ten days previously.....The manager or staff should have noticed this. That said, the staff and service are superlative.
