meh
Positives: Very good location especially for the price. About 5 minute walk to the underground. Lots of room- With two normal beds and one rollaway, five people could've stayed in this room. It was also quiet, which was important to me. Negatives: One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was in-room wifi. Well, I was there four days and the wifi was intermittent and when it did work, it rarely included internet service. I had only one night of internet access in my room. With my cheap phone not getting service, it meant the only way I could get the internet was by going somewhere. It was like being back in 1995. Luckily, there were three internet cafes within walking distance. This was not the only negative. It was hard to blend hot and cold water in the shower. The result tended to be either cold or boiling hot. It took minutes to find something tolerable. Also, there was a window in the room that wouldn't close. I'm a bachelor, so I basically let it slide, but my attitude would be very different if I was there with wife and kids. Also, one of the days, there was painting going on outside my room basically from 8 in the morning until 8 at night, and I could smell the fumes. I should also point out that trying to walk down narrow stairs is difficult when someone has a ladder right outside your room. Overall: It's a subpar hotel, but not terrible. If you're OK with the negatives, then enjoy the location and your stay in London.

Dungeon room needs some TLC
The property itself seems nice enough, but our basement room was not at all good. If staying in an above ground room the experience is probably better. The room was large enough to accommodate my family of six with three double beds, but the bathroom was dreadfully unclean, the refrigerator was not working (likely due to the burn holes in both the plug and power strip) and the window screen was ripped and free of the sill in several places. Also, the door lock did not give any confidence of security whatsoever. Not a place I would choose to stay again for a family my size.

You get what you pay for
Well after having to wait half an hour for the receptionist to even turn up we then got given an extra large family room as after checking three times two males did want a double room. The room was badly decorated with ripped furniture, uneven floors and shoddy interior. The stay was quiet which was one plus but the extra beds came in handy to push against the door for extra security. It wasn't horrific and it was cheap for the area but you get what you pay for. In future I'll pay more.

Decent place for a sleep and a shower
I was after a bed to sleep with own bathroom in the room. I slept comfortably though the room style looks a bit 'whatever'. It looks more like they made a room out of a kitchen. Bathroom wasn't bad although it still had tape in various places because they had decorated recently. No soap either.. Note to the hotel owner: your business will benefit significantly if you send your reception staff to a customer service training course..
