Clueless
Front desk was clueless about our reservation. No one answers the landline. They should share their cell phone number with Hotels.com, so all guest are able to contact them especially for pick up from the airport . Internet service is poor and or non existent in our hotel room

Rodents abound, very poor customer service
We saw it climbing up on the wooden panel while we are dining at a restaurant. It was a rat as big as a cat. Seriously. The hotel is open, with no screen or glass walls. And so it makes it vulnerable to rodents and mosquitoes. And this woman at the front desk named Bea -- she was not very helpful. We arrived early in the morning. There were available rooms, but won't check us in. We could have freshened up a bit, but she won't allow us unless we pay 1,500 pesos for early check in. We left the hotel for our Laoag and Batac tour at 9 am and came back at 7 pm. The management should look into this: poor customer service and deplorable condition. The location is also right in front of a gasoline station. Literally, you have to pass through the gasoline station before you get into the main entrance of the hotel.
