Very friendly and helpful staff.

This place is awesome ! without a doubt a 5 star hotel. It is located right next to the US embassy and just a short walk to the elevated train and the shopping malls. Use Grub, which is the Uber version in Asia to get around (it's very cheap). The building itself is gorgeous with a very nice pool and restaurants. The rooms were basically studios with a kitchen, huuugeee bathroom, comfy bed and a killer view. The staff working at the restaurants were awesome ! I will be back for sure.

This time we had a little bad service during check-in; however, the front desk manager, Ms. Nadeen Aldez had mediated the situatation. I still wish to see that the hotel has some kind if renovation to update its looks in the near future. The dining room staff i.e Khing, Joy, and Beach; the concierge, Korn and Kay; the valet, bell people, chauffer, and security staff are always super nice, polite, and sweet. This is still the best place to stay in Bangkok.

Great staff and very nice rooms. Only potential criticism is its location to local options. There weren't many sightseeing activities closeby, but Lumpini Park was within walking distance (0.5 miles). Fortunately, we had a lot of local street flair since there was a regular pop up market with plenty of food options with meals typically costing 40-50 TBH ($1.33-$1.66). All the food we tried were good, but they were only open for lunch on the weekday as they seem to cater to the local business folk. The hotel is a couple blocks away from the U.S. Embassy as well as many other embassies as they all seem to be located within a few blocks of each other. There were also many working professionals in dress attire as there were many companies on the same block. Overall, we'd go back as we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel needs a renovation!!! New wallpaper, bathroom fixtures, cabinets. Breakfast needs improvements. Hot food is not in good quality i.e pork congee had only specs of pork or too many tofu dishes. The cost of breakfast collected is not cheap, I think they should provide better quality and tastier food.
