Hotel San Felipe Plaza, Cartagena

Great location. Close to clock tower and Gestemane. Staff doesn't speak English but are very patient and are eager to assist you. Excellent value. I highly reccomend if you are looking for budget accommodations.

The overall stay was great but the beds are a little hard. I was worried about the no hot water for a shower but it’s humid as hell out there so the cold water was NICE!!! I will stay there again

Service reasonable and installations very poor - neither hot water it offers - wardrope resumed in a simple board in a niche with door. Not recomended for instance

Very disappointed in this place, I rarely write negative feedback but this one was BAD. The only decent thing about this is the location. Rooms smell like anti insects spray, very poor looking lobby, front desk employees very kind but know nothing about anything, breakfast looks terrible with employees handling food with their bare hands, WiFi is terrible...etc

I really enjoyed my stay here. Located within easy walking distance to the walled town and historic sites. They happily accommodated me even though i checked in a little early. Room is simple but spacious with 'black out' curtains and air con. had small writing desk and chair with coffee table. No refrigerator if that is important to you. Hotel was very quiet and i felt safe the whole time I was there. Housekeeping thorough and friendly. WiFi strong in room. Very nice free breakfast buffet. In the evening their is security guard in lobby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and i will stay here again on any of my subsequent visits to Cartagena.
