Bad Welcome
Being a V.I.P member I always try and book hotels with bonuses like wary checkin and room upgrade. As I did with this hotel I was told that I would receive an early checkin but 10am and earlier I would be charged money. So I decided to wait in lobby after a 4am flight. All u wanted to do was sleep. I asked if the room is ready why not give now? He (Junior) said because of the breakfast. So as I waited I noticed many people sneaking into the hotel for breakfast of where Junior gave one guest a mask to give to a guy to enter for the breakfast. When I saw this I was upset. So I told Junior and he promptly gave me a room at 8:30am instead of 10am. This is bad customer service. You wanted to charge me a paying guest for 4 nights. The breakfast is good here. And the lady who cleans the room is only person to say hello to you. The reception area is terrible only nice person was the older chubby guy but even he seemed like you were troubling him
