Good for single stay
It might be a little hard to find this hotel as it was smaller than I had expected. The hotel staff is very kind. Of course they keep your belongings after you checked out. There is no elevator, which will be tiresome if your room is 3rd or upper floor. The condition of the room key-card might be out of form. For me I repeated inserting and removing 3 or 4 times. But generally close to the Nana station, cheap, necessary and sufficient service will be good for cost-saving single journey.

Bait and Switch--never again.
I arrived to find out that my room was being renovated--I was never told of this although I made my reservation two months in advance. The new hotel was nice but 300 yards further from where I wanted to be. My second night the water had been turned off. I had to ask to be moved to a new room. I was moved to a room with a king bed although there were two of us. When I voiced my displeasure at the way they handled the problem, the night manager walked away and did not return.

It depends
I choose this hotel mainly because of its location and the price.Although there are some defect I had read from other customer's comment, such as no elevator, small room.... ,well,I can accept. The staff are o.k and,one of them,a nice young man named Tom,do a lot of help even though it's the last two days he work there.I bought a truemove H sim card and ask the store staff, another nice young man,for help to do the set up at 7-11,but my phone screen shows “Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped”. Because I can't speak thai,so I went back to hotel and ask Tom to phone the call center, and then I went to the "trueshop" on the 6th floor of terminal 21.But the "trueshop" can't neither solve the problem nor refund. No good. I met Tom two days later which I've already check out on the street by accident,he told me he quit that job after 3 years working, young man, what a pity. So,whether you choose this hotel or not,it depends on what you care about the most.Maybe I'll choose other better hotel next time if the location is as good as this one,and cheaper or about the same price but with breakfast, because I'm always alone in my room during this trip,ha,ha.Or maybe I'll come back again,it depends on what I plan to do next trip.
