Beautiful property. We saw macaws, parrots, a whole troop of toucans and there seem to be white faced monkeys in residence at the trees near the parking. Unbeatable views. Mango trees all around. It’s like staying at a local friend’s well maintained home. The staff is so sweet and helpful(thanks Yeik). We stayed a bit off season so maybe that’s why but it was very quiet and peaceful only saw 2-3 other guests. Just make sure you have a v6 SUV as it’s a steep grade up to the hotel and the food is not paved in sections.

Stay was amazing. The views do NOT get any better than this. It’s not the most modern but it’s better than some 5 star places I’ve stayed. And I travel a lot. Highly recommend and definitely get a 4x4.

Paradise overlooking the ocean!

We booked this last minute as an alternative to our more rugged lodge in the mountains. It was a perfect antidote! The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, the location overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. The food was probably the best we'd experienced during out 10 day Costa Rican visit! Would definitely return!

Gorgeous Views

Absolutely beautiful views. I was there in the low season, so the restaurant was only open for breakfast. It was good food, small portions. Inside the cabina has a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom, with a good sized bathroom as well. It is super spacious and has an amazing balcony/patio with a hammock, rocking chairs, and table/chairs. it is a super steep rocky hill to drive up, somewhat challenging at night.

Amazing place, views, pool landscape, beautiful and first class location. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating (shout out to Casey). Consider that car is necessary ideally 4x4 as all roads in area are dirt and not all are well maintained. Part of the beauty of the area. Restaurant at hotel is lovely with great selection. A home run!
