Home away from home in Peru
This is our second stay in this hotel. Love the way we are greeted at the door by the front desk by our names. The breakfast is second to none. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Very Good 8.0
Best Hotel In Cusco!
Amazing hotel! There is a resort fee that's an additional cost. But with it comes 2 free drinks, unlimited tea at the lobby, breakfast, and a 25USD spa credit. I was a little annoyed that the spa credit could not be applied to all spa services however. The rooms come with added oxygen, which is helpful for people with altitude sickness. The hotel is pretty much at the center of the tourist downtown area.

Good 6.0
Ok hotel with great customer service
We reserved two rooms (standard room inca wall). I guess I didn’t read the details of the room carefully. These rooms are 2 floors below street level (basement). There are no windows and the glass door literally faces a wall. I wish I had known this as I would have paid more for a standard room. I also found out at checkout that there is an ADDITIONAL DESTINATION FEE for each room (approx $40) per room. This hotel is definitely overpriced. However, everyone at the hotel is super helpful. My daughter had a bad insect bite and they called a staff paramedic to take a look at it and clean it at no charge. There is a lady with a baby alpaca right at the entrance for you to take pictures. She was so sweet and didn’t accept any money for the pictures. Anywhere else you are expected to pay 1 sole per person per picture. We also stayed at the Monasterio. This hotel was amazing! Next time I will stay there for the entire trip.

Historic with Modern Comfort -Perfect in Every Way
We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar/snack offerings were all wonderful. We loved the market tour with the chef. We loved Panchita, the spa area, the tour of the facility, and especially the location. The hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed in.
