Basement parking is dirty and smell rotten garbage, breakfast and dinner on weekdays were bad. Faucet on my last room is hard to turn on.

Hot water???
Close to the Victory Liner bus station and some good and interesting restaurants. Water temperature for showers is warm, at best, and in the bathroom sink, cold. Otherwise a pleasant and comfortable place to stay and very affordable.
