good value in great location
Good value. Outstanding location, quiet little street but near the main tourist thoroughfares and activity.Well run by Nina and responsive to needs.Room and esp shower quite small but not a problem with diverse inside and outside common areas. Good, varied breakfasts each day. All in all a good value leading to a enjoyable Rhodes experience.

The hotel owner, Nina was great. I felt as if she was a relative. She was the nicest and sweetest hotel owner I have ever met. And the hotel was great also! I will book there again when I return to Rhodes.

A nice stay
Camelot hotel has its pluses and minuses. It is in the heart of Old Town Rhodes. So, museums, the Grand Master Palace and other points of interest are nearby. Upon arriving to the hotel, the door was locked and we ended up knocking several times on the door before some other guests let us into the hotel. We were pretty confused. It turns out that Nina, the owner keeps the outside door locked at all times. You receive two metal keys; one for that outside door and one for your room. It is a bit inconvenient if you are traveling with someone and only one set between you. The room was clean. I was in the "standard" room. The room was small...just enough for a double bed, dresser, and night stands with a couple of feet to spare on both sides. The bathroom was small, with a smaller shower. The shower is literally 24 inches by 24 inches square. No joke. Three sides are walled with a small curtain. I literally had to stand outside of the shower and put a leg inside to shave, ladies. I got creative and made it work, but there is no way that bathroom floor won't get wet. The toiletries are nice. Nina provides a couple of small bars of soar, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The quality of the products are decent. The bed, however, was a creaking mess. Every time my boyfriend turned over, the thing creaked loudly and I found myself with a couple of sleepless nights.

Fantastic Hotel - Excellent Location
Search no further. If you are seeking an authentic experience in the Old Town of Rhodes this is the hotel for you. This charming boutique hotel is lovely. Every kind word you read about Nina is true. She is a one of a kind host. The rooms where great. The Breakfasts where fantastic. I want to go back tomorrow. You wont be disappointed. Location is steps to everything. Breakfast is in a fully restored space from the 1400s or earlier with Ninas full attention. The place was very clean and Ninas hospitality is the best.
