No A/C Locked window
Air condition you not change to cool when temperature got a little warm the whole hotel was just set to warm and unless it got warmer like summer then it will be set to cool, Window was locked. Was a little nicer outside.

Our Osaka and Kyoto visit
Staff were helpful. Our room was small and clean. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of healthy choices. Also the location was excellent , close to train stations and malls.
