The Saguaro Scottsdale, Scottsdale
One of the best
As we checked in we were greeted nicely! The Valet and the front desk were extremely nice and even had our room ready early. The ambiance and feel of the Hotel screamed “Relaxation” And we were immediately calm and relaxed upon arrival. My significant other told the front desk earlier That it was our anniversary, and a couple hours later, a hotel employee knocked on our door and gifted us a bottle of wine as a anniversary gift and a thank you for our business! Never have I felt so special from the random kindness of a hotel and it was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our stay at The Saguaro Hotel. And are in hopes of visiting again.

Colorful oasis
Upon check-in, we were given an adjoining room next to a couple with children and we could hear every little detail of their night so we asked to move somewhere quieter in the hotel (as we could see it wasn't fully booked by the parking lot). The hotel staff was very accommodating and updated us to a much larger room with a better view away from any other guests so we were super appreciative of that. The pool space is really beautiful but it was a little chilly for us to take advantage of it. We did enjoy the simple gym space to get in a quick workout before we were on our way. The hotel is within walking distance to some cute restaurants and breweries so that was great too. Would stay here again, but may prefer its sister property in Palm Springs more.

Very dated property for the price - it may have the location but will look for something that is worth it for the price.

I really don't like hotels that don't include the resort fees in the price of the room. I really detest paying for a room then getting dinged with a 30% tax upon arrival.

A Christmas getaway for myself and dog....instead of feeling lonely, I felt very welcome and cared for
