If you're not a diva, you'll be ok.
Guest rooms are shabby, but everything else is great, including the location, the food, cafe, main area, free bikes, location, location, location. Rooms need updating, nicer amenities.

Very courteous staff. They assisted us with an early check in and gave us the option of which floor we would like to stay on. It is a beautiful facility and it is in a great location.

Not worth the money.
The room and linens were clean (mostly), but overall the place is very run down. The pools are nice, but the hallways and stairs are dirty, with scuff marks everywhere. There is only one (small and creepy) elevator so if you’re in one of the other buildings you have to walk quite a ways. I was excited to have a deck overlooking the pool, but there is barely one foot of walkable space so it’s essentially unusable. The hallways and parking lots are open, and while I didn’t have any issues at all, it doesn’t feel very safe. They do not have vending machines and the coffee shop closes at noon, so be prepared for that. If this was a $100/night hotel it would have been fine, but for the price they charge I expect far more. The valets, however, were top notch and really helpful.
