Combination of "old" and new!"
I loved this hotel - a combination of old and new which made it perfect. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the location was outstanding. Killin is a beautiful place to explore!

Everything lovely but bedroom and bathroom could do with some work to upgrade it. Otherwise all good.”

Killin Hotel, Killin
We had an annexe room (family) room smelt cheesy, not very clean, noisy rooms above us, can hear every pin drop through the night. Kids not slept. Bed uncomfortable, barely slept a wink. For the money we paid it was not worth it.

Dreadful hotel
Review comments There was a mix up with booking and on arrival I was told I had 2 rooms, I explained I have only one booking reference. The Australian receiptionist, could not have been more rude, it’s not our fault, you need to sort it out, we will charge you for 2 rooms. Welcome to Killin.!! I then contacted and Valerie sorted situation. No apology at hotel and rude receptionist had disappeared. At breakfast we sat at window table and were told to move, tables required for groups of 4. There was no one else in dinning room for breakfast. We moved. Other groups of 2 entered and again sat at the window, where they moved, no. Dreadful hotel, dreadful rooms and would never stay there again. On departure, we had the pleasure of the uncultured, convict from down under again. No apology, no goodbye. This person is fronting your hotel and tarnishing any reputation you have. Send them on a customer service course or send them back to the prison colony island!
