Great service, needs a bit more planning
The hotel staff were friendly and went out of the way to help, my issue (if at all) is with the layout - location of elevator is down a narrow passage and quite hidden, The room was large & clean but needed a little more planning (towel stand in bathroom)

Rooms are not mosquito proof
Hotel had mesquito problems and the doors and windows have openings that can be penetrated by the mosquitos. Breakfast was horrible... Front desk not friendly over phone

Cute, clean, great location. Love this hotel.
This is a great hotel to stay in AC , if sits right at the top of the Main Street about a 7 minute walk from the train station , centrally located to all the bars and restaurants in the area. The staff are very helpful with getting around the city and helping with transportation / restaurant recommendations and are just good people. Our room was cute and had a decent view of the Andes. Beds were comfy and bathrooms where clean. You can hear a little noise from the bar next door but they shut down pretty early. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to rest. The breakfast is delicious as well!!

Hotel on the hill
Great location at the top of the hill, just had to walk out the door to form the line for the bus to Machu Picchu.. Very cozy and welcoming, loved the bed spread and the warmth in the room.. breakfast could improve by more fresh fruits, but overall a good stay.
