Good location and value
Good location, very clean. The staff spoke very little English, so they were not too helpful.

Front desk well staffed and very helpful. Excellent Italian restaurant open late, reasonable by Tokyo standards. Tiny but well-designed room, great deep tub w/ separate shower. Great neghborhood for shopping and Kabuki. Easy, cheap transportation to Narita airport. Overall super spot.

Great area, wish I had a better stay
I wish they were more helpful in making reservations. As an American traveling there most places would not take reservations from me - and the person I spoke to at the hotel said I had to come back at 5pm when the restaurant opened to remind them/ask them to make a rez for me.

Nice Hotel in Ginza
This was a basic hotel in Ginza which was very central to subways, trains and other modes of big city transportation. The hotel was very good, but not the best for as a serious business base in Tokyo. The bed was good and the shower room was perfect, yet the room was very small and somewhat claustrophobic at times. The breakfast was average - not western or Japanese, just a strange combination which was avoidable and over priced. The location was top, everything that one would need is within a ten minute walk.
