The apartment we were given was amazing! It came with a bathroom, two rooms, a kitchen and a dining table. It was a bit cold in rome when we went but the space has heat! Breakfast is provided but if you have more time and want to make your own food, you can use the kitchen, There is a door between both rooms so there is certainly privacy if traveling in a small group. One queen size bed and a queen (i think) sized sofa bed. The sofa bed was great for being a sofa bed. The apartment was clean and within 5 minutes from the local train. You could even walk to Rome Termini terminal. The room was in walking distance to many places such as the trevi foundation which was amazing. If you want to travel by train, the train station is down the block. You will not regret staying at this hotel!

Great place to stay
Visit to Rome after a conference. Stayed at NA, great location within walking distance of many fine restaurants and the heart of the city.

Uneven at best and SLOW WiFi
I took a group of students to Rome for study abroad and we stayed at one of the Nerva locations. One of the rooms was completely luxurious. The rest were okay. I was very annoyed that Nerva says that breakfast is included, but they don’t tell you that you have to cook for yourself if you want something more than a roll. And even then the other guests would eat everything before I could get out of the room in the morning. There was a lovely cafe next door to our hotel. (Note: I’m talking about the location at Via Cavour 150.) if it weren’t for the cafe, I would have complained a lot about the lack of breakfast. It was annoying, though, that all but one day I had to buy breakfast myself since nothing was left to eat but corn flakes. I also was annoyed that in the 5 days I was there, my toilet was never cleaned once. Someone made my bed daily but no other cleaning was done. I had a weird room that had a loft upstairs and a bed downstairs. The bed was very comfortable, but in a position that made it hard to get by the stairs without knocking my arm on the stairs. I have bruises all over my right arm from hitting it on the stairs. There was also no place to put any supplies in the bathroom. I had been in 5 other European cities by the time I got to Rome, and even the monastery we stayed in had a shelf for toiletries. Nerva has the worst bathroom. (And why no cleaning?!) Others in my group had it better. But since I was the leader, I hated it. Uneven. And slow WiFi!!!

Comfortable and clean room but so-so service
Pros: The room my friend and I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The Internet worked fine as did the heating (the things I generally care about most after cleanliness and a comfortable mattress). There was also free printing which was great. Cons: The check in process was a bit of a nuisance as the place not located where the listed property was and thus had to wait on the street for 10 minutes with a heavy bag. It was also tough to not have any access to a concierge when we needed info/advice as the lady who cleaned the rooms did not speak English. The breakfast left much to be desired (no eggs or toast and the only fruit offered was oranges (to make juice with). It would have also been nice to get more shower gel and shampoo as we were only given one packet per person per day (so presumably were supposed to pick between washing our hair or our body?) I was surprised that these packets were not restocked especially on our second to last day when we had one day left and only one packet remaining. Some guests did not always remember to close the door all the way so I was hesitant to leave my bags there for the evening (even though they offered luggage storage). Finally, I happened to run into one of the employees (checking in a family) and asked if they had any single rooms available as I was staying in Rome for another night. The lady said she did not think so but would email me by the next day but never did. So: Great room + location, so-so service

Great place to stay in Rome!
Clean and comfortable, use of the kitchen, small breakfast included. Walking distance from the colisseum and Termini... a little schlep from parts of the Historic Center, but not too bad.
